On the way to Myanmar. At dinner. Gus drinks some papaya juice. We like to put our boy on a pedestal.
Father and daughter at Shwedagon. The boys sit at King Tharawaddy Min's bell. Gus at a tea house. Mother and daughter in Yangon.
Little girls watch us eat. As do bigger ones. Interest in the boys. Burmese domino player.
Hanging in the park. And making friends. Zeke crashes out after a long day. Our snot-nosed little boy.
Gus in his cups. Zeke in his. Our cute boy. Mother and daughter at the zoo.
Burmese pythons. Young monks check us out. Zeke finds solace in some milk and crackers. Red dragonfly.
Toothless grins for our boys. Ananda Phato in Bagan. Monk outside a zedi. One of the stupas of Bagan.
Little girl in Bagan. Painting in Bagan. The boys bang some gongs. And Zeke keeps at it.
Big baskets on little women. Gus gets dried off by dad. The boys do bring some smiles. And some more aloof interest.
Mingalazedi. Hawkers pose with the boys. As do a more general crowd. The young are interested.
As are the old. Carving lacquer. Zeke gets some chips from a new friend. And counts her teeth.
And gets a lesson in carom. Zeke playing with a purple snot snorter. "Wow, I could have had a V-8." Gus checks out the sandles.
Zeke in a contemplative mood. And a little more worked up. Amy a Zeke dance around. Some of the temples of Bagan.
And some more. There really are alot of them. Another father and daughter pair. Little girl with baubles.
The boys attract a crowd at Shwezigon Paya. Riding the rattletraps. Paintings on the Paya walls. Amy and Ananda.
More payas. Amy takes in the view. Old stupas abound. As do the zedis.
Gus checks out the architectural wonders. Chopping the corn stalks for feed. Il Duce speaks to his followers. But also likes a quite moment.
Amy atop. Carving the lacquer. And another lacquer worker. Monks in line for a blessing.
Both tall and short. Young ones look on. Praying at Ananda Paya. Poolside at the Thande of Old Bagan.
Once again Zeke bangs his cups. Stacking the chaffe. Climbing the palms. To get the juice.
To make the booze. Carrying a load. Mt. Popa. Amy totes Zeke up Mt. Popa.
And I carry Gus. Walking in the woods. Woman with her hat. Man and ox-cart.
Gus gets busy during bathtime. And really likes it. We get serenaded at the early childhood development center. Little ones sing.
She belts it out. Gus and Zeke sit in on a meeting with the steering committee. Mother and daughter add there two cents. Young love?
Amy looking gorgeous. Fisherman on Inle Lake. Spinning silk. And silloetted weaving.
Gus gets a banana on the boat. Old lady paddles around. Fishing in the floating grasses. Monks get their cats to jump through hoops.
Fisherman on the lake. Motoring by. More crowds as we go for a walk. The Inle version of the conical hat.
Making soy paste snacks. Zeke and a smile. Gus with one too. And a young woman with one as well.
They come from older women as well. Betel nut chewer. Gus and his reflection. Zeke works his tongue.
Gus gets turned upside down. And gets a kiss. Story time. Tickle time.
Paddleing through the grasses. Biking down the road. Hollyhock grows in Burma. Nice gardens.
To and from the well. A simpler baby backpack. Little girls watch us walk by. As does a little boy.
